On March 20, 2012 I visited the MSPCA at Nevins Farm in Methuen, MA to photograph the dogs and cats that are available for adoption. I had just finished with the dogs and was about to leave when a volunteer was bringing back an adorable “All American” girl that had other ideas about going back to her room. Loretta asked if I wanted to take photos outside and Brenna and I happily agreed.
I was told that Brenna was reaching her 1 year anniversary (March 24) living at Nevins Farm. For some unknown reason, this girl had been bypassed over and over. Despite her length of stay, she had remained a very sweet girl with a silly personality. She loved her toys, especially chasing after tennis balls.
Happily on April 2 Brenna found her furever home and that’s no April Fools joke! I couldn’t think of a better way of starting off my new blog than with a Happy Ending.
